Engineer graduated from Centrale Paris, Eric gradually became interested in the sociological, psychological and even philosophical dimensions of management and change, which occupy a central place in his vision today. In order to professionalize his approach, he became a certified business coach (lev 7), and is a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).

Professional background

APEKSA Consulting is a firm specializing in managerial transformations and development in general (organization, teams, individuals, projects), founded in 2016. Its vocation is to be an architect of solutions for management not only effective but also ethical, meaningful and future-oriented.

Before its creation, Eric had a 30-year career in industry and regional planning, in various leadership positions : Business Unit, Program / project, R&D, Customer Services, export business development. This background gives him a transverse vision of companies / organizations as well as a strong experience of contexts with challenges, multidisciplinary projects, multicultural environments including international.

Developing, evolving and improving constitute the common thread of its commitment. It offers an original approach combining consulting and coaching : consulting to tackle the "hard" dimensions, coaching to deal with the "soft" dimensions. The two are articulated according to a systemic approach, at all stages of support according to the needs of the Client : diagnosis to contextualize and understand ; roadmap to structure and mobilize ; support to implement and develop autonomy.
